📌 The Ministry of Agriculture has announced the crop subsidy conditions for cotton producers for 2026.
Subsidy amount depending on irrigation conditions
For cotton fields equipped with modern irrigation systems:
Subsidy amount: 215 AZN / ton
Product coefficient: 1.075
For cotton fields without an irrigation system:
Subsidy amount: 200 AZN / ton
Product coefficient: 1.000
Applies only to selected districts.
Cotton crop subsidies will be applied only in the following districts and villages:
Aghjabadi, Aghdam, Beylagan, Barda, Bilasuvar, Goranboy, Imishli, Kurdamir, Neftchala, Saatli, Sabirabad, Salyan, Tartar, Yevlakh, Zardab
Additionally: Jalilabad district: Güneşli and Tezekend villages and Ujar district: Khalaj village
Note: Apart from these districts, no cotton crop subsidies will be applied in other regions (subsidy amount: 0 AZN).
